How to never block (Whitelist) a domain
A never block (previously whitelist) is a list of domains that will never be blocked on your network regardless of the content filtering categories you've turned on. This is how you manage your never block list.
1. Make sure you are using OpenDNS (Get started).
2. Sign in or create a free account.
3. Add a network to your account.
If you already have a network in your OpenDNS account, you may skip this step.

- Add a single IP address or a range of addresses to create a network.
- OpenDNS supports dynamic IP addresses, common for cable, DSL, and dial-up customers.
4. Add a domain to the never block list for your network(s).
Navigate to the Settings page of your OpenDNS Dashboard and select the network you wish to manage. At the bottom of the page there is a section called Manage Individual Domains. In this section there is an option to add to either the never block or always block list. Pull down Never Block from the menu and type in the domain you wish to always access.
5. Wait 3 minutes for your preferences to be pushed to all servers.
NOTE: The basic free service has a quota limit is 25 domains. If you wish to increase your quota to 50 domains you can do so by signing up for the Deluxe service at http://www.opendns.com/start/
