Manual Network Verification

Manual verification may be required when a user submits more than one IP address to their personal network. You may receive an email from one of our team members asking for information which demonstrates how the subnet is allocated to you or your company. This is not uncommon and generally occurs when the WHOIS records do not reflect those of the account holder. Because this must be done manually it can take up to 12 hours to process.
