Why can't I access a web site?

If you're having problems accessing a web site, first make sure the domain resolves correctly, by using our CacheCheck program, http://www.opendns.com/cache .

If the domain does not resolve upon refreshing the cache, then try the third-party DNS traversal report.  If the DNS traversal report indicates that not all records match or there are no A records for that domain, then this is not an OpenDNS issue. Instead, this is an issue with the authoritative name servers for that domain.

If CacheCheck and the third-party DNS traversal report indicate no resolution problems, then it's likely a web server issue.
