Need instructions to configure a mobile device to use OpenDNS

Some mobile devices have Get Started instructions already written: http://www.opendns.com/start/mobile.php

There are many different device & carrier combinations, however, which do not yet have instructions, but still use DNS. If you don't see Get Started instructions for your particular device, please search the OpenDNS forums and post your request for other OpenDNS users.
