Managing Bypass Access for Blocked Pages

To create a Bypass for Blocked Pages, log in to the Dashboard and go to the Settings tab. Under Settings for:, select the network to be modified and click on the Bypass Blocked Pages link. The Enable/Disable tab allows you to manage all bypass access, whether for individual users or bypass codes. You can also apply bypass access rules to all OpenDNS networks within the Organization while on this tab.

Per User

To specify bypass access on a per user basis, select the Grant Permissions to a User tab. Users must be defined within the Organization before granting them bypass access. From the User: drop-down, select the user you wish to grant bypass access. Two options appear next that allow you to grant the end-user bypass access to all blocked domains, or only to domains within blocked categories that you select.

Use the More Domains to Allow box to grant access to specific individual websites. Click the green plus icon to add domains as necessary.

For each selected user, specify bypass access on all networks within the Organization if that user will be on multiple networks.

When you finish the bypass configuration, click Grant Access.

Per Bypass Code
